Suggestion of technology for manufacturing parts of a hydraulic press

An introduction of hydraulic press and description of his main parts. An analysis of the given components and a proposal for the most suitable intermediate was made. A selection of tools and gauges for individual operations has been done. A proposition of manufacturing process and enumeration of machines times was proposed. Economic evaluation containing costs for intermediate, tools, workmen’s wages and energy for operating machines has been calculated.
Design of two-axis linear measuring device for railroad axles pressing

The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is the design of the device capable of measuring the distance between railroad wheelset elements during pressing. The research part presents the parameters of the wheelset press and the existing solutions to the problem. Additionally, distance-measuring sensors, motor sizing methods, and sensitivity analysis methods are described. The third chapter outlines the design process, beginning with early conceptions, their analysis, and leading into the final design.

Production of gully

The project elaborated design of technology production of the gully – the rotational extract with flange from the deep drawing corrosion resistant sheet iron 1.4301. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit and calculation was designed drawing without thinning the wall in two operation and that in one instrument with two bottom holders enabling their combination into one stroke. The drawing instrument makes use of as standardised components as construction elements calculated using calculations and consist of three parts. The bottom and upper are magnetically clamped on the hydraulic drawing press Dieffenbacher PO 250, with nominal tensile force 2500 kN. Both drawing punches and drawing dies are produced from alloyed instrumental steel 19 436.9 heat-worked according to drawing documentation.
Production of uncapping tray

The project elaborated design of technology production of the extract - tray made of stainless steel 17 240. Based on literary study of deep drawing together with calculations, was designed drawing in instrument with holder. The drawing instrument make use of standardised components and it is solving forms to make up stand fitting to hydraulic press CYS 320, with nominal tensile force 3200 kN. Drawing punch and drawing die are produced from high alloyed steel 19 573 heat-worked according to drawing documentation.

This diploma thesis is focused on marketing mix of a concrete company, which is operating in international environment. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part describes basic concepts related to the topic. The analalytical part of the thesis focuses on the business environment of company Dieffenbacher CZ, assuming its future expansion to Russian market, while the results obtained are further summarized in SWOT analysis. The practical part offers proposals and recommendations from the perstective of marketing mix for successful entry of a selected engineering company to Russian market based on the findings from the complied analyses and theoretical concepts.

The thesis proposes justifiable structural modifications of fundamental parts of the press, including material choices, and necessary calculations and simulations of material strength and deformation characteristics. Project dissertate about manufacturing of lamp cover of steel 13 200 in serie 43 000. After comparing all the alternatives how to make the product , was choose a method of convention deep drawing. Product is manufactured in one operation. Design of apparatus using as standardized, so special parts. It is fitted in hydraulic pressing machine CTC 25. Functional parts are made from tool steel 19 191. Costs of production was calculated on 15,21 crowns a piece. From 26 173 manufactured pieces will the production gainful.
